I have led multicultural and multidisciplinary teams exceeding 200 professionals in highly demanding international environments.
Alongside major events, I have developed work in documentary cinema, contributing to projects where research, observation, cultural context and visual storytelling are central. This experience has strengthened my ability to translate complex subjects into clear, emotionally engaging narratives.
Photography is both a personal practice and an extension of my professional perspective. Through images made during international assignments, I explore places, people, architecture and the everyday details that reveal the character of each location. Together, documentary film and photography inform the way I approach creative direction: with curiosity, precision and a strong sense of narrative.
